ffffood: Pressed sandwich* with Serrano ham, Laguiole cheese, dijon mustard and a fried egg.Lately I’ve been obsessed with putting fried eggs into all kinds of sandwiches. *You don’t need special equipment to make a panini…just a flat griddle and a cast iron or other heavy skillet to rest on top while it cooks. SP  ever since “Spanglish”, i’ve been obsessed with fried eggs in sandwiches. *slobber*
